Attack of the Team found the back of the net nine times against the Richmond Hill Riot picking up another 2 point in the standings. It was a relentless effort at both ends of the floor - the offensive story is told by the scoreboard but defensively the team shut down the front of the net and turned what would have been 50 shots against to 34.
Barber made an appearance for the first time this season and had a solid showing making some key saves early and in the second period was was otherwise left to fiddle with his pads at the lonely end of the rink.
The Frenchie-Ball-Smitty line blew it up tonight. Both Ball and Frenchie picked up hat tricks and added assists with Smitty playing set-up man and running the full two-way game. Kealey and Ison each also picked up goals and Ben Koven scored his first of the season.
Its a busy week coming up with games against Team Sleazy and The Big Bastone serving as the first cross-over.
This is the first time Attack of the Team has had two players score hat tricks in the same game
